Shipping

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed (1–2 business days). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–9 business days.
Yes! Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is $12.99, and overnight shipping (1 business day via FedEx Priority) is $24.99.
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. However, these states are not eligible for the free shipping threshold on standard orders. Standard shipping rates ($6.99) apply regardless of order size. Express and overnight shipping is also available to AK and HI.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the tracking link in the email or visit the carrier's website directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your shipping method) and enter your tracking number.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. Standard orders may use any of these carriers. Express shipping uses UPS or FedEx. Overnight shipping is sent via FedEx Priority.

Returns & Refunds

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card). You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for return. Worn, washed, or altered items cannot be returned. If an item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll handle those on a case-by-case basis regardless of condition.
We recommend processing a return for the original item and placing a new order for the correct size. This ensures fastest turnaround. Email [email protected] to start your return, and you can place your new order immediately. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Sizing & Fit

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with bust, waist, and hip measurements in both inches and centimeters. For fitted styles like blazers, structured dresses, and tailored sets, we recommend measuring your bust and waist and matching to the size chart rather than going by your usual size. When between sizes, size up for comfort.
Most of our clothing runs true to standard US sizing. Tailored pieces like blazers, structured jackets, and fitted dresses tend to have a slimmer cut — if you prefer more room, size up one. Dresses with stretch fabric, relaxed tops, and casual styles are more forgiving of sizing. Check the individual product size chart for specific measurements.
We carry a wide range of sizes to fit different body types. Most styles are available in XS through XXL (or equivalent numerical sizes). Size availability varies by style — check the individual product page to see all available sizes for that item. If a size is not listed, it may be temporarily out of stock.

Orders & Products

Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes. Contact us immediately at [email protected] or call (530) 958-7432 if you need to make changes.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Yes, popular styles are restocked regularly. If an item you want is out of stock or unavailable in your size, email us at [email protected] with the item name and your size — we'll notify you when it's back in stock or suggest a similar alternative that's currently available.

Garment Care

Structured blazers and tailored jackets should be dry-cleaned or hand-washed in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not machine wash structured garments as it can distort the shape. Hang to dry — do not tumble dry. Use a garment bag for storage. Lightly steam any wrinkles, avoiding direct iron contact on delicate fabrics.
Satin, chiffon, and delicate fabric dresses should be hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent, or dry-cleaned. Always check the care label on the specific garment. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, in cold water. Hang to dry — do not tumble dry, as heat can damage delicate fabrics and cause shrinkage.
Most everyday tops and casual styles can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle. Wash with similar colors. Turn printed or embellished items inside out to protect the design. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Air drying extends fabric life and helps garments keep their shape and color longer.
