Shipping Policy

Golden State Dressage LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, rates, timelines, and related information. By placing an order on sokachick.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

During peak periods (holiday seasons, major competition seasons), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer three shipping options for all domestic orders within the contiguous United States:

Free Shipping Threshold

Standard shipping is free on all orders of $75 or more within the contiguous 48 United States. The free shipping threshold is applied to your order subtotal before taxes. Orders are eligible for free standard shipping regardless of item count, as long as the subtotal meets or exceeds $75.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping (5–7 business days) only. Express and overnight shipping are not included in the free shipping offer and are charged at their standard rates regardless of order total.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders shipping to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Standard shipping rates apply to all AK and HI orders, regardless of order total. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer than our standard estimates — please allow up to 10–14 business days for standard shipping to these states.

Express and overnight shipping options are available for Alaska and Hawaii at the standard rates listed above, though delivery times may vary based on location and availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website:

Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours of shipment. If your tracking number shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it was placed. They exclude processing time (1–2 business days), Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier service disruptions, severe weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For time-sensitive competition needs, we recommend selecting overnight shipping (FedEx Priority) and placing your order by 12:00 PM PST on a business day to ensure same-day processing.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or package refusal), we will contact you by email. Re-shipment charges will apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order will be refunded minus original shipping charges.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Golden State Dressage LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, Golden State Dressage ships within the United States only, including all 50 states and US territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. We are exploring options to expand our shipping reach in the future.
